Firms Pre-Qualified to Provide Financing Services for the Commonwealth Bond Sales
The following firms have been approved and qualified by the State Treasurer's Office to provide professional services to the State Treasurer’s Office regarding Commonwealth of Massachusetts bond sales or its borrowing programs. Each firm was selected via a competitive Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
Underwriting firms are prequalified on a rolling basis. Please note the following RFQ is an on-going prequalification and does not expire: Underwriter RFQ. Underwriting firms seeking prequalification should respond to the attached RFQ, directing any questions to us at massbondholder@tre.state.ma.us.
When procuring for all other professional services listed below, the State Treasurer’s Office will issue a new RFQ. Please note Treasury last procured for Legal Counsel services in March 2024 with the current prequalified list of firms set to expire on April 1, 2027, with an optional one-year extension. Also, Treasury last procured for Financial Advisory services in November 2022 with the current prequalified list of firms set to expire on December 31, 2025, with an optional one-year extension.
